What stays in your browser
Find your practice, the space check, the one-minute reset and the slot picker all run in your browser. What you choose or write is not stored on this site and is not sent to a server.
What is saved on your device
Two small items can be kept in your own browser: your language choice, and your progress through the first 7 days if you start them. They stay on your device. You can clear the 7 days from the page, or clear your browser data.
When you send a message
The WhatsApp and email buttons open your own app with the message written for you. Nothing is sent until you press send in that app. After that, the message is handled by WhatsApp or your email provider and reaches Suraj.
Downloads
The reminder file for your first 7 days and the contact card are made in your browser when you tap the button. They are not stored here.
Health information
Find your practice may ask about health conditions. These answers stay in your browser. The guidance is general wellness guidance and not medical advice.
